Customer Maintenance Contracts
Supreme Radio offers several different levels of service to meet customer’s needs. In addition to our standard time and materials repairs, we offer the option of maintenance contracts. Maintenance contracts make sense when customers want to have a relatively constant repair cost rather than the spikes and dips that can occur with pay-as-you-go service, and depending on the level, they can include 24 hour a day 7 day a week coverage to insure that you are never without your essential communications.
Our standard maintenance plans are listed below. We are very flexible in our plans, so if there is a combination of coverages that you would like to see that are not listed below, please ask-our service managers would be happy to assist you.
- Subscriber Maintenance Plan - covers normal repair of the subscriber unit during normal working hours*
- Subscriber Comprehensive Plan - available on select models, the Subscriber Comprehensive Plan covers ALL repairs, even abuse, during normal working hours.
- Infrastructure Maintenance Plan - Covers normal repair of infrastructure equipment during normal working hours. *
- Infrastructure 24 by 7 Plan - Covers normal repair of infrastructure equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. *
*All except the comprehensive plan does not cover abuse, acts of God, etc. They also do not cover antennas, lines, and batteries.
